The world’s first Indigenous Dreamtime Chopper Designed and built by SnakeCharmer Choppers. The Indigenous Dreamtime Chopper is a symbol of shared sentiments, aspirations and unity, which aims to highlight the common struggle between all cultures. The Indigenous Dreamtime Chopper is the first and only Chopper of its kind in the world displaying the renowned works of Aboriginal Artists Richard Patrick, Campbell and Troy Fitzpatrick.
Every feature of this unique piece of machinery has been created to tell the story of the SnakeCharmer’s life.
The Boomerang represents the journey undertaken by the SnakeCharmer, to create the Indigenous Dreamtime Chopper. The headlight has been built to resemble an Emu egg. Each colour of the detailed Aboriginal Dot style painting represents different cultures.
The Warrior’s Shield and Spears represent protection, survival and struggle. An airbrushed infant hand displayed on the back guard symbolises unity and our future generations. The exhaust resembles the Didgeridoo, reflecting the tunes of the Chopper and the sound of joy. The Red Belly Black Snake, one of Australia’s most fierce venomous snakes, is a theme featured throughout the design. It was also the first snake the SnakeCharmer saw a child a growing up. The MIN number represents “Prison Dreams to Reality”, while the ignition is the key to freedom.
Each part of the Indigenous Dreamtime Chopper has been carefully designed and crafted by SnakeCharmer Choppers.
“Mark my words, I intend to be the number one custom themed chopper builder in the world” – the SnakeCharmer (quoted from his prison cell in 2003)
